Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the full sales cycle by identifying opportunities and growing client accounts
- Promote SaaS solutions, with a focus on risk management tools for structured finance (CLO, ABS, RMBS)
- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering consultative insights and market best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and refine go-to-market strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations, address technical questions, and lead client training
- Develop value propositions, manage RFP processes, and support proposal development
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 7-10 years in financial solutions sales, ideally in structured finance, fintech, or investment products
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and their application across business functions
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and solution selling
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Intermediate to business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience working with structured finance clients or financial analytics platforms
- Proven success in a client-facing, revenue-driving role within financial technology or services
