    Key Responsibilities

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • 1-3 years of experience in SDR, inside sales, or B2B business development
    • Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and CRM tools
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
    • Resilient work style with strong motivation to achieve goals
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Native level
    • English: Intermediate to Business level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience working with global sales teams or in the information services industry
    • Familiarity with data analytics, SaaS solutions, or enterprise software tools
