Key Responsibilities
- Support business improvement and DX projects for utility and manufacturing clients
- Analyze client processes in energy, procurement, and transportation
- Assist in SAP/system implementation, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment support
- Contribute to designing and documenting process improvements
- Collaborate closely with team members and clients to deliver tailored solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in consulting or IT/business process improvement
- Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise systems (MM, PP, SCM a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills in Japanese and preferably business-level English
- Ability to work in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment
