    Be part of a global consulting firm as a Sustainability Consultant, supporting businesses to create both corporate value and social impact. Even if you have no prior consulting experience, this role allows you to contribute to sustainability strategy, ESG disclosure, carbon neutrality, and supply chain transformation. You will collaborate with management and investors on projects that drive long-term impact, while developing expertise in one of the most dynamic areas of global business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support clients in developing purpose-driven sustainability strategies and identifying material issues.

    • Provide consulting on non-financial disclosures (SSBJ, CSRD, SEC, etc.).

    • Plan and implement carbon neutrality initiatives, including emissions measurement, reduction strategies, and TCFD compliance.

    • Contribute to building sustainable value chains, addressing human rights, biodiversity, and water risks.

    • Enhance management systems using ESG data for advanced impact measurement.

    • Research and advise on sustainability regulations and standards.

    • Participate in global sustainability projects addressing emerging challenges.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • Background in strategy or business consulting at a consulting firm, or
    • Practical experience in sustainability-related projects, or
    • Direct involvement in ESG, non-financial disclosure, or sustainability strategy.
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication to build trust with stakeholders.
    • Logical thinking to analyze complex challenges and propose solutions.
    • Proactive learning mindset and motivation to grow in new regulatory areas.
    • Leadership experience for manager-level candidates.

    Language Requirements

    • Japanese: Native level.

    • English: Intermediate to business-level proficiency.

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Expertise in areas such as environment, human rights, biodiversity, or supply chains.

    • Relevant certifications: CPA, USCPA, CIA, CFE, CISA.

    • Global project experience using English (TOEIC 800+ preferred).

    • Practical experience with systems requirements definition or data model design.
