Join a global professional services firm as a Cybersecurity Consultant, supporting Kansai-based companies in their digital transformation (DX) and management innovation. This is a growth opportunity within a regional consulting team, where you will provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity while working directly with executives and contributing to global projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps.
• Support the establishment of security governance structures, including CSIRT/PSIRT set-up and training.
• Enhance IoT, automotive, and factory (OT) security across manufacturing industries.
• Provide consulting on personal data protection and global privacy laws.
• Strengthen supply chain-wide security management systems.
• Deliver executive-level advisory services and contribute to global initiatives.
• Collaborate with expert teams to solve complex cybersecurity challenges.
• Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Background in cybersecurity, IT/DX, or related consulting experience.
  
• Project management or client engagement experience preferred.
  
• Practical exposure to security audits, ISMS/BCMS, or privacy regulations a plus.
  

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and teams.
  
• Logical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.

Language Requirements

• Experience in cloud, network, or ERP infrastructure design and implementation.

• Experience collaborating on global projects or with overseas offices.
