A global financial technology firm is seeking a Relationship Manager to manage and grow existing relationships with major educational institutions in Japan.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Establish and grow long-term client relationships to drive revenue and achieve business goals.
- Design and execute strategic plans to optimize client engagement and business expansion.
- Coordinate client onboarding, marketing, and training efforts to deliver additional value and new opportunities.
- Work with technical teams to implement solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
- Support commercial functions like reporting, contract management, pricing, and product development.
Required skills
- At least 3 years' experience in managing client relationships and accounts, solution sales, or customer success.
- Background in B2B tech/saas, education/edtech, or fintech industries is a plus.
- Fluent communication skills in both Japanese and English, written and spoken.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and effectively resolving client challenges.
