    • Build strategic partnerships to support pipeline development across financial markets solutions
    • Maintain proactive communication with executives to identify opportunities for business expansion
    • Coordinate cross-selling initiatives with product specialists to offer multi-solution proposals
    • Work alongside sales, product, and account management teams to resolve client issues efficiently
    • Maintain strong understanding of the full product portfolio and service capabilities
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to increase retention and engagement

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • Strong background in data services, financial software, or banking environments
    • Proven success maintaining and expanding relationships within major financial institutions
    • Knowledge of financial markets products and corporate financial solutions
    • Excellent organisational abilities, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with C-level executives
    • Confident communicator able to lead high-pressure executive discussions
    • Collaborative, resilient, and adaptable team player
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Native
    • English: Business level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience managing complex, multi-solution accounts in global financial markets
