In this role, you will be responsible for structuring sophisticated fixed income and derivatives solutions across interest rates and FX products, working closely with sales and trading teams. Key Responsibilities
- Structure and deliver Rates and FX derivatives solutions for institutional clients.
- Develop customized fixed income and structured products aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with sales and trading teams to originate and execute transactions.
- Analyze market conditions to design innovative hedging and investment strategies.
- Support client engagement by explaining complex derivatives structures and pricing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Rates / FX Derivatives Structuring within an investment bank in Japan.
- Strong experience in fixed income structuring and derivatives products.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex financial products.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced front office environment.
- Strong collaboration skills across sales, trading, and risk teams.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business level
