Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in software test automation

Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills in multicultural environments
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Conversational
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with Postman, JUnit, TestNG, REST Assured
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes in testing environments
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI
- ISTQB or similar certification is a plus
