Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for enterprise system releases.
- Collaborate with business users to validate application functionality and business requirements.
- Monitor testing progress and communicate testing status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.
- Manage defects, testing workflows, and documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
- Coordinate with offshore development teams to support issue resolution, retesting, and release readiness.
- Prepare test documentation, test cases, release reports, and validation materials.
- Support production validation activities and improve testing quality processes.
- Facilitate communication between business teams, developers, and regional stakeholders across multiple locations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, QA, or UAT coordination within enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience leading or supporting User Acceptance Testing activities.
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and defect management tools.
- Experience working with enterprise applications and supporting system releases.
- Experience coordinating with offshore or distributed technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Business-level English communication skills.
