In this role, you will take ownership of projects from post-acquisition through to completion, working closely with architects, designers, and external partners. Key Responsibilities
- Lead hospitality development projects from planning to completion
- Drive key decisions across design, development, and project execution
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and external stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and overall delivery strategy
- Balance cost, quality, and feasibility across development projects
- Align project outcomes with business and brand objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams across investment, strategy, and operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of project management experience in real estate, architecture, or hospitality development
- Experience working on commercial, hotel, or large-scale development projects
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across complex projects
Soft Skills:
- Strong ownership and ability to drive projects independently
- Decision-making ability in complex and fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on approach with strong execution capability
Language Requirements:
- English: Basic level (preferred)
- Japanese: Native or Fluent
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in hotel or hospitality development projects
- Experience on developer-side or owner-side projects
- Exposure to luxury or high-end asset development
- Experience working with external consultants or design firms
