Key Responsibilities
- Optimize localized campaign banners and digital content for performance in Japan
- Analysee UX issues in campaign flows and propose user-centered improvements
- Coordinate with regional and global teams to align campaign execution
- Use data and user feedback to conduct A/B tests and optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with internal marketing and content teams to enhance engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years in digital marketing, product marketing, or campaign operations
- Proven track record of optimizing localized content or user-facing assets
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into action
Soft Skills:
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced global environment
- Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and creative problem-solving
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Business-level (required)
- English: Intermediate to Business-level (required)
- Chinese: Plus, but not required
