This is a high-impact role where you will own the end-to-end execution of partner-focused campaigns, bringing global visibility to Japanese destinations and experiences. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across borders to create results-driven marketing solutions in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead full-cycle marketing projects from pitch to execution in collaboration with key travel partners

    • Create compelling, data-driven pitch decks tailored to partner goals and audience engagement

    • Align closely with Business Development and Account Management teams for seamless campaign rollouts

    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and performance KPIs to meet business objectives

    • Serve as the key point of contact between Japan-based partners and global internal teams to ensure smooth execution and local-market fit

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • 5+ years in digital marketing, account/project management, ideally in OTA, e-commerce, or digital marketing agency settings

    • Proven experience building marketing proposals, handling multiple stakeholders, and managing KPIs

    Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in data analysis, campaign performance reporting, and client-facing presentations

    • Comfortable working across platforms and regions in a multilingual, digital environment

    Soft Skills:
    • Strong commercial acumen and presentation skills

    • Highly independent, proactive, and passionate about digital and travel experiences

    Language Requirements

    • Japanese: Business level

    • English or Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese): Business level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience working in international teams or with inbound tourism marketing

    • Familiarity with CRM and digital analytics tools
