Join a major international consulting firm as a Partner in Cyber Security Consulting, leading a team of high-performing consultants with full P&L ownership. You will set the strategy for the cyber security consulting division, strengthen client relationships at the CxO level, and drive business growth. This role offers the opportunity to influence industry direction, mentor future leaders, and build cutting-edge solutions across multiple industries in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 3-4 consultants in cyber security and risk management with full P&L accountability.
- Define and execute the overall strategy for the cyber security consulting division.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with CxOs and department heads across industries.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities within existing and new clients.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in risk and cyber security.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow top consulting talent.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven consulting experience at Director/Partner level, or equivalent senior role such as CISO.
- 10+ years in cyber security, IT risk, IT governance, compliance, IT audit, or related disciplines.

- Japanese: Fluent (required for client engagement and leadership).
- English: Business-level proficiency.

- Strong track record in risk consulting or cyber-related services.
