You will play a key role in shaping talent strategy and fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and development in a dynamic HR environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute training programs for new grads, mid-career hires, executives, and mentors
- Plan and implement HR development initiatives aligned with company goals
- Evaluate and manage external training vendors and content
- Use feedback and the PDCA cycle to continuously improve programs
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance onboarding and employee learning experience
- Manage team members within a project-based, cross-functional HR team
- Promote a learning culture across departments and functions
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years in corporate training, learning & development, or HR strategy
- Hands-on experience with designing training programs for various employee levels
- Proven success in managing projects or teams in HR environments
Technical Skills:
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools
- Familiarity with learning cycle frameworks like PDCA or ADDIE
Soft Skills:
- Strong logical thinking and issue-resolution skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native
- English: Intermediate to Business level (TOEIC 800+ preferred)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Background in HRD strategy or organizational development
- Experience with mentoring programs or executive training
