Join a leading investment banking team as an M&A Banker (Senior Associate), working on high-impact domestic and cross-border transactions.
This role offers end-to-end exposure across the M&A lifecycle, including valuation, financial analysis, deal structuring, and execution support.
You will collaborate with senior bankers and clients to deliver strategic advisory services while building deep expertise in corporate finance and transaction execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and company valuation for M&A transactions.
- Support deal structuring and negotiation processes across transactions.
- Prepare pitch materials, presentations, and transaction documentation.
- Provide advisory support for M&A deal execution and transaction processes.
- Assist in origination activities and client proposals for domestic and cross-border deals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in financial analysis, valuation, or corporate finance within financial institutions, consulting firms, accounting firms, trading companies, or commercial businesses.
- 3+ years of experience in M&A advisory or related fields.
- Strong foundational skills in valuation, financial modeling, and deal structuring.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and drive tasks forward.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working on cross-border M&A transactions
- Strong exposure to investment banking environments
