Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic product roadmaps for digital credit and financial technology solutions.
- Lead product specification development and manage the full software release lifecycle.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, and risk management teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable credit platforms.
- Incorporate data analytics, AI technologies, and Large Language Models (LLMs) into product strategy and feature development.
- Oversee product testing, customer support readiness, operational excellence, and continuous product improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven leadership experience delivering digital credit, lending, underwriting, or fintech products.
- Experience designing backend workflows, business logic, and scalable financial systems.
- Demonstrated success implementing AI-driven credit scoring or intelligent decision-making platforms.
- Experience managing end-to-end product development within agile software environments.
Soft Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and product ownership mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- High accountability with the ability to drive complex initiatives independently.
- Passion for improving customer financial experiences through technology and innovation.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native-level proficiency.
