A leading tech-driven e-commerce platform is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to manage and evolve its large-scale Kubernetes infrastructure and Golang-based services. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and release scalable applications using Golang
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes, Linux, and Istio infrastructure
- Respond to infrastructure alerts during business hours or on-call shifts
- Automate provisioning, system upgrades, and self-healing processes
- Support private cloud migration and assist internal users with advanced system operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years in Golang web service development
- 3+ years operating Kubernetes/Linux/container-based infrastructure at production scale
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Golang
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or willingness to obtain within 3 months
- Experience automating large-scale cloud infrastructure operations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Soft Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work collaboratively in technical teams
- Proactive mindset with clear communication abilities
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Conversational
- English: Fluent
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with tools like Terraform or Helm for infrastructure automation
- Knowledge of service mesh architecture and distributed systems
- Background in high-traffic e-commerce or mission-critical platforms
