Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain reporting services to support financial data operations
- Automate reporting pipelines to deliver timely insights to stakeholders
- Convert raw datasets into meaningful reports and dashboards
- Conduct gap analysis on existing data and reporting workflows
- Monitor report generation and provide first-line operational support
- Collaborate across teams to refine data tools and improve reporting capabilities
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

3+ years in software development or data processing roles

Hands-on experience with report automation and financial statement generation
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL
- Familiarity with RDBMS, Elasticsearch, and optionally Scala, Kafka
- Understanding of SDLC practices and performance tuning
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving approach
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Basic level
- English: Fluent
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in fintech or accounting-related domains
- Knowledge of data lifecycle management and system integration
