This role ensures digital systems comply with global standards while delivering seamless local customer experiences. You will design and manage the architecture behind marketing technology, data platforms, and customer engagement tools, supporting digital transformation across the pharmaceutical business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead the technical architecture for omnichannel digital platforms, ensuring security and global compliance.
- Manage the configuration, testing, and integration of digital tools to enable seamless data flow across systems.
- Monitor and optimize web analytics, marketing automation, and engagement platforms to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain system stability by managing updates, privacy standards, and regulatory audit requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality digital technology initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Extensive experience with digital marketing technology platforms, data ecosystems, and web analytics tools.
- Proven ability to design system architecture and integration frameworks across complex digital environments.
- Hands-on experience testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing digital technology systems.
- Experience working in global organizations and industries with strict compliance, privacy, and audit requirements.

Language Requirements:
