We are seeking a skilled Mobile QA Engineer to support quality assurance initiatives for a leading mobile payment application in Japan.
In this role, you will contribute to delivering high-quality digital payment services through rigorous user-focused testing, system verification, and acceptance testing. Working within a fast-paced and international technology environment, you will collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure seamless user experiences across large-scale fintech platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and define comprehensive acceptance criteria for mobile payment features
- Design and execute detailed test cases to validate system functionality, usability, and performance
- Conduct end-to-end acceptance testing for system enhancements and new feature releases
- Review development deliverables to ensure alignment with technical and business requirements
- Collaborate closely with QA teams to deliver high-quality user-centric testing outcomes
- Identify defects, document findings, and support resolution processes with development teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance (QA)
- Proven experience in mobile application testing and test case design
- Experience working within high-traffic digital platforms or online services
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
- Experience within fintech, payment systems, or digital services environments preferred
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively within fast-paced project environments
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Language Requirements
- Japanese: Business level
- English: Fluent level (TOEIC 600+ preferred)

- Familiarity with fintech or payment-related security standards
- Experience participating in cross-functional international projects
- Strong spoken English communication skills for global team collaboration
