Roles/Responsibilities

• As a Strategy Manager work closely with your team and clients to understand their business objectives and develop IT strategies that align with overall organizational goals.
• Projects can include but are not limited to the following
• IT Planning, Technology Roadmapping (Infrastructure, application, emerging tech, etc.)
• Business Process Integration
• Risk Management, governance and Compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT strategies with business processes, ensuring seamless alignment between technology and operations.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains through strategic technology initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on IT strategy matters
• location can be Osaka, Japan

Required skills

• Experience in IT Strategy Consulting, IT Consulting, Management Consulting, system integration, or IT Strategy planning type positions in large financial institutions, government entities, manufactures, or other major industries.
• Experience as a project manager and people manager in above areas
• Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders both internally and externally
• Fluent Japanese and conversational English
