Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute assurance activities such as IT audits and continuous monitoring to evaluate the control environment.
- Identify and assess key risks, prioritising areas requiring focused attention.
- Engage with stakeholders to clearly discuss risks and control effectiveness.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in line with team objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

Minimum of 4 years' experience in IT audit or technology risk management.

Solid expertise in audit frameworks, techniques, and related tools.
Soft Skills:

Ability to communicate technical complexities effectively to senior management and colleagues across audit functions.
Language Requirements

English: Fluent (essential for internal and global communication).

Japanese: Conversational level.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as CISA or equivalent.
- Experience in global investment banking or large financial institutions.
