Key Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering teams to support hiring and onboarding, aligning workforce planning with business strategy and product roadmaps.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies, including sourcing channels, talent pool development, and selection process optimization.
- Develop onboarding programs to integrate and retain new hires effectively.
- Identify and address organizational challenges within engineering teams, focusing on retention, motivation, and performance.
- Collaborate with management to resolve HR and organizational bottlenecks.
- Lead culture-building initiatives, including events, communications, and diversity engagement activities in Japan and overseas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years as an HR Business Partner, with recruitment and onboarding experience for engineering roles.
Technical Understanding:
- Basic knowledge of engineering positions to align hiring with technical needs.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive the hiring process effectively.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level (required).
- English: Intermediate to Business level proficiency.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
