As Head of Sales, you will report to the CEO and lead the Japan Sales Team
Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Develop new client relationships and maintain existing ones
- Set and manage sales department goals and objectives
- Monitor and optimize sales performance and KPIs
- Foster a high-performance sales culture through coaching and mentoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Address client needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention
Required skills
- Must have proficiency in CDN (Content Delivery Network),
- Must have proficiency in Cloud Security, OTT/Media solutions, Cloud infrastructure,
- Managed Hosting, Edge Computing, and Cloud Computing services.
Preferred skills
- Business-level proficiency in English
