Key Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial, marketing, and market access teams to translate business priorities into scalable digital and data-driven solutions.
- Manage the local business application portfolio and lead the migration from legacy regional systems to global enterprise platforms.
- Oversee the delivery of local IT, digital transformation, and data analytics projects in collaboration with regional and global teams.
- Ensure all digital initiatives comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations, data governance standards, and local compliance requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders to identify technology opportunities that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to optimize digital platforms and drive continuous innovation.
- Support strategic planning for future technology investments and digital capabilities.
- Promote best practices in IT governance, change management, and digital adoption across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Approximately 7 years of experience in IT Business Partnering, IT Consulting, Digital Transformation, or IT Project Delivery within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Proven experience managing stakeholders and driving alignment within complex multinational matrix organizations.
- Experience supporting commercial business functions through technology and digital initiatives.
- Knowledge of enterprise applications, digital platforms, and IT governance.
- Experience leading cross-functional technology projects from planning through implementation.
Soft Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Solid understanding of commercial pharmaceutical processes, including CRM, market access, and data analytics.
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
