The successful candidate will manage outsourced service providers, strengthen operational governance, and support selected client-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational functions including fund accounting, investment advisory operations, and trade support
- Monitor and manage outsourced service providers to ensure quality, control, and performance
- Lead operational efficiency and process improvement projects across the organisation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across investment teams, compliance, and management
- Support client-facing activities, including responding to operational and service-related inquiries
- Maintain operational standards aligned with internal governance and regulatory expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 15+ years of fund operations experience within an asset management company
- Strong knowledge of fund accounting, investment management operations, and trade support
- Proven experience leading operational transformation and efficiency projects
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across senior stakeholders
- Leadership capability to manage teams and drive change
- Structured and solution-oriented mindset focused on improving processes
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native-level fluency required
- English: Business-level proficiency required
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience overseeing outsourced operating models
- Knowledge across both traditional asset classes and alternative investments
- Prior experience in a head-level operations leadership role
