Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to client-facing initiatives, providing strategic insights and product explanations.
- Drive business growth through strategic product positioning and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably within asset management or investment strategy.
- Hands-on experience as a multi-asset manager, strategist, or product specialist.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to provide leadership and direction in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native-level proficiency.
- English: Intermediate to Business level proficiency (used for internal communication and global collaboration).
