Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead, mentored, and aligned the Product Management team, establishing and driving forward product trajectories.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, focusing on implementation efficiency, enhanced user experience, and dynamic communication strategies.
- Strategize to bolster client engagement, differentiate in the competitive landscape, and achieve both revenue and integration targets.
- Recognize market opportunities, address potential operational challenges, and take on additional strategic responsibilities as needed.
Required skills
- Advanced degree in Business or a related discipline with a substantial tenure in a strategic product-focused role, ideally within a tech or financial sector.
- Established leadership acumen with a background in innovative product roll-outs; familiarity with digital initiatives is a plus.
- A strong understanding of the equities ecosystem and expertise in equity trading or equity operations would be key
- Proficient in English and Japanese; familiarity with Chinese is advantageous but not mandatory.
