Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development and execute the overall strategy for the Manufacturing & Hi-Tech consulting practice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CxO and senior leaders in client organizations across Japan.
- Drive growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and managing key accounts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
- Oversee account management to ensure value delivery for existing clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 15+ years in management consulting, IT consulting, BPR, BPO, or system integration.
- Proven track record in business development and client engagement at the executive level.
Technical & Industry Knowledge:
- Strong interest in finance, operations, and digital/AI solutions.
- Experience with CxO-level clients in the manufacturing and hi-tech industries.
