In this client-facing role, you will deliver comprehensive platform support to leading Japanese, Chinese, and Taiwanese financial institutions, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and operational excellence. You will work with cutting-edge financial technology, including machine learning and vectorized pricing systems, and collaborate with global teams to solve complex challenges in risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end platform support to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service
- Perform data analysis across enterprise data systems and risk factor utility platforms
- Investigate technical issues and system anomalies, focusing on data integrity and reconciliation
- Support implementation and validation of new product features through testing and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues efficiently
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain accuracy and reliability of data and processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Strong background in Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with complex financial datasets
- Knowledge and interest in financial markets and risk management concepts
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours to accommodate global client needs
- Mandarin language skills a plus, along with Japanese and English proficiency
