Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the live shopping project, acting as a proactive self-starter who can lead and scale daily operations
• Host energetic and engaging live streams on TikTok and eBay, showcasing Japanese luxury products to a US audience and driving sales
• Create and schedule short-form content throughout the week to build excitement and maintain consistent brand visibility
• Manage end-to-end operational workflows including product photography, listing creation, order confirmation, and validity checks
• Improve operational processes by streamlining the "Live-to-Ship" pipeline to ensure accurate tracking, zero errors, and smooth fulfilment

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage fast-moving workflows accurately
• Comfortable managing inventory tracking, order processing, and product handling in a high-volume environment
• Confident on-camera communication skills with the ability to sell products effectively to Western audiences
• Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to execute strategies independently with minimal supervision

Soft Skills:

• High energy and charisma with strong stage presence and customer engagement skills
• Proactive, ownership-driven personality with a "run-with-it" attitude
• Ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining accuracy and consistency

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Business level (Intermediate/Business)
