Global Risk Management (Senior) Manager

Management position for global risk advisory division in a major consulting firm

Roles/Responsibilities

• Risk Assessment and Analysis: Conduct thorough risk or audit assessments for global projects, including financial, IT/technology, operational, strategic, and geopolitical risks in a consulting capacity.
• Identify potential vulnerabilities and their impacts on project success and advise clients and stakeholders accordingly
• Develop and recommend effective risk mitigation strategies and solutions tailored to the specific needs and contexts of global projects.
• Ensure alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Keep up to date with different trends in Risk areas (ex AI governance, digital risk etc.)

Required skills

• Experience in Risk management, Governance, Compliance, Internal Audit, IT Audit, or other similiar areas in a management capacity
• Interest in working on global projects and working closely with other regional an global counterparts
• Business Proficiency in both Japanese / English

Preferred skills

• Experience in a Consulting firm
• US-CPA or JP-CPA nice to have
• fluency in a 3rd language
