A rapidly growing digital platform company in Japan is seeking a General Manager of Product Planning to lead product strategy, development, and cross-functional innovation. This role will drive the evolution of a data-driven automotive technology platform, steering digital service development, product lifecycle management, and new business creation. You will play a pivotal role in aligning product innovation with company growth, user needs, and business KPIs.
Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the strategic direction for core digital services and new business launches

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

Minimum 5 years leading teams of 5+ in product, technology, or business planning

3+ years of hands-on experience in digital service or app planning, ideally in B2C or B2B platforms

Proven ability in requirements gathering, cross-functional project leadership, and product strategy
