Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities and manage existing enterprise accounts for cloud-based analytics and BI solutions.
- Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and propose data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to deliver tailored proposals.
- Support customer success initiatives to ensure long-term adoption and account growth.
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales, ideally within analytics, BI, or data integration.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and data-driven transformation.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Consultative, strategic, and customer-centric sales approach.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to excel in a results-driven environment.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level.
- English: Basic to Business level.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience selling cloud analytics, BI platforms, or data integration solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise digital transformation projects.
