Front Office Client Management

Client-facing position at a well-established & non-traditional financial services institution.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Requires proved knowledge in securities products, operations and client-facing experience within global financial services institutions.
• To cross work with product, sales team internally, and externally you will work with clients including investment managers, brokers, dealers, custodians and others)
• Provide consulting services to clients about market trends especially regulatory related.
• Stay close to key clients as central point of contact.
• Build and manage long-term accounts.

Required skills

• Native Japanese, business level English is required.
• At least 5~7 years of operations (Sales, Traders, Client Services, Settlement, Regulatory Reporting) experience at global financial Services institutions.

Preferred skills

• Strong interests in operations system, regulatory and financial solutions.

Personal Attributes

• Motivated to face clients and work with senior management.
