As part of a newly established strategic sales team, you will drive business growth by delivering innovative enterprise SaaS, financial data, and predictive analytics solutions to leading organizations across Japan.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by aligning enterprise data, analytics, and SaaS solutions with client business needs.
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and executive presentations that clearly communicate business value and return on investment.
- Develop strategic account plans to strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and expand existing client partnerships.
- Collaborate with pre-sales consultants, product specialists, and technical teams to deliver tailored enterprise solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Travel within Japan and the Asia-Pacific region as required to support client meetings and business development activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Over 6 years of professional experience, including 5-15+ years in business development, enterprise sales, or client relationship management within banking, insurance, financial services, or corporate sectors.
- Proven experience selling enterprise SaaS platforms, financial data solutions, analytics platforms, or technology services.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data management, business intelligence, and AI-driven technologies.
- Demonstrated success negotiating complex enterprise agreements and managing strategic client relationships.
Soft Skills:
- Executive-level presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and pipeline management capabilities.
- Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work effectively across sales, technical, product, and customer success teams.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and the ability to exceed ambitious business targets.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business to Intermediate level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience selling AI, machine learning, financial intelligence, or enterprise analytics solutions.
- Strong network within banking, insurance, or enterprise organizations in Japan.
- Experience working in multinational or global technology companies.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms.
