Roles/Responsibilities
- Set and monitor sales targets for regional teams, adjusting strategies as needed to meet market demands.
- Lead negotiations with key clients to secure new business and maintain strong partnerships.
- Oversee the performance and productivity of sales teams, aligning their work with company objectives.
- Organize regular meetings with departments to review goals, encourage collaboration, and maintain strategic focus.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory updates to advise on competitive positioning.
Required skills
- Over 10 years of experience in sales management, ideally in an international or retail environment.
- Proven leadership experience with at least 5 years managing teams and driving departmental performance.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, along with a global outlook and understanding of diverse business practices.
- Native-level fluency in Chinese, with experience working in cross-cultural settings.
