Global Fintech / Saas Tech company seeking for an Enterprise Sales Executive
Roles/Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the enterprise segment, ideally Retail, Digital, Media, TMT, and Digital Native customers.
Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential clients within target enterprises to understand their needs and present solutions that align with their business objectives.
Drive full sales cycle, from prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating contracts and closing deals, with strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment in delivering value to enterprise clients.
Continuously inspire team of new sales and business development initiatives to contribute to Japan market's growth
Required skills
5-10 years in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within the fintech or IT/Saas sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting, lead generation, relationship management, working cross functionally with internal teams and contract negotiation.
Understands customer pinpoints and needs, align them with the company's product offerings, and effectively communicate the value proposition to CxO/senior executives.
Cab build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at enterprise organizations, leveraging a consultative selling approach to become a trusted advisor to clients
