DNS Engineer (contract)

!!MUST RESIDE IN JAPAN!! Lead role in ensuring 100% DNS availability by designing, constructing, and operating robust on-premise DNS infrastructure.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Ensure the stability, quality, and robustness of DNS infrastructure.
• Design, construct, and operate on-premise DNS systems.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to make optimal decisions.

Required skills

• 5+ years of experience in DNS infrastructure design, construction, and operation.
• Experience with on-premise DNS systems.
• Basic knowledge of UNIX and Linux.
• Strong communication skills with flexible thinking and action.

Preferred skills

• Experience in organizational or team management.
• Experience creating automation tools using scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Python).
• Knowledge of network infrastructure (Switch, Router, Firewall, Load Balancer).
• Programming knowledge in Perl/Python.
