A world-leading global technology company is seeking a Creative Strategist to support its creative solutions team serving top advertisers across the Japan and Korea markets.
This is a 6-month maternity leave cover contract, focused on supporting existing strategists, managing creative production workflows, and leveraging the latest Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to deliver high-impact advertising assets.
Rather than developing strategies from scratch, you will coordinate creative projects, produce client-ready marketing assets, and help drive innovative creative workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Develop advertising mock-ups, visual assets, and short-form video content for client campaigns across the platform.
- Transform creative strategies and campaign briefs into polished client-ready deliverables.
- Utilize Generative AI (GenAI) tools and emerging creative technologies to accelerate asset production and explore new creative formats.
- Manage creative projects from intake through final delivery, ensuring smooth end-to-end execution.
- Coordinate timelines with media, measurement, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Create compelling pitch decks, case studies, creative recommendations, and presentation materials for client meetings and workshops.
- Plan and manage creative workshops for clients and agency partners, including logistics, agendas, facilitation, and post-event deliverables.
- Educate clients and agency partners on creative best practices for paid social media campaigns.
- Produce advertising copy variations, creative concepts, and visual layouts for performance-driven social campaigns.
- Ensure all creative assets comply with brand guidelines and platform specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in creative production, creative strategy support, performance marketing, or advertising within a creative agency, in-house marketing team, or technology company.
- Professional experience as an Art Director, Designer, Copywriter, Producer, or Project Manager.
- Portfolio demonstrating successful paid social media campaign creative work.
- Experience working directly with clients, agencies, or other external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising, social media, and marketing landscape.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Soft Skills:
- Outstanding project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and communication skills when working across global cross-functional teams.
- AI-native mindset with enthusiasm for adopting Generative AI tools into daily creative workflows.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced global environment.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business level (professional working proficiency)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Business-level or higher Korean language skills.
- Experience supporting major enterprise advertisers in the Japan and Korea markets.
- Advanced video production capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and Generative AI creative tools.
