You'll craft engaging course copy, translate key business materials with nuance, and contribute to internal communication strategies that enhance employee learning and growth. Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging English copy for internal training programs and e-learning modules

• Translate business and training documents accurately between Japanese and English

• Edit and proofread original and translated content for clarity, tone, and consistency

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to meet training goals

• Maintain and revise content as business needs evolve

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in copywriting and translation, preferably in a corporate setting

• Native-level Japanese writing and editing skills

• High-level English proficiency (written and verbal)

• Experience handling business documents such as internal reports, policies, or manuals

• Must currently reside in Japan

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for language precision

• Clear communication and teamwork capabilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities

Language Requirements
