Roles/Responsibilities
- Support Strategic Decision-Making :
- Support strategic decision-making and future direction for the company's sales and promotional structure, including commercial model design and segmentation strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as business unit leaders, Marketing, and Sales departments to propose analyses and strategies aimed at maximizing brand value and achieving sales targets.
- KPI Management and Incentive Design :
- Design and monitor KPIs, manage field incentive schemes, and calculate incentive payouts to ensure alignment with organizational goals and motivate the Salesforce effectively.
- AI-Driven Promotion Planning :
- Develop AI-driven promotion plans for channel-mix activities and design sales territories to optimize Salesforce deployment and customer engagement.
- Leadership and Facilitation :
- Facilitate presentations and discussions with senior leaders, participate in cross-functional teams, and support sales plan execution by collaborating with sales managers and implementation teams, while also nurturing the skill development of team members within the department
Required skills
- Experience in Pharmaceutical / Medical / Life-science industry or consulting firm
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Japanese (Business level)
Preferred skills
- Working experience as Marketing, Market research, Forecasting, Sales Implementation, District Manager, or MR
- Experience in project management
- English (Business-level)
