Roles/Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential corporate clients to expand the company's market presence.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth objectives.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers in finance, HR, and procurement teams.
- Deliver impactful presentations and proposals to showcase tailored travel solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Required skills
- 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally within travel, business travel, consulting, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client projects.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and an understanding of market trends.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
