Associate FIG Banker

Global Bank in Tokyo looking to hire an associate RM for its financial institution coverage team for business expansion. Exciting opportunity to join a market leader.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Manage origination, execution and client management effectively;
• Working in tandem with senior bankers and product partners in order to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of business;
• Enhance global consistency by standardizing processes and working with hubs and regional teams.
• Performing client risk reviews, supporting onboarding working on par with KYC team and Operations department;
• Monitor client performance through scorecards and drive improvements to grow wallet share.

Required skills

• 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate banking, ideally in FIG
• Thorough understanding of corporate banking business and products;
• Native level of Japanese , business communication skills in English

Preferred skills

• Experience as FIG Banker appreciated
• Experience in megabank
