Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with agency partners by delivering strategic marketing solutions that maximize business performance.
- Educate key advertising agency groups on product solutions and best practices to drive platform adoption and business growth.
- Develop implementation roadmaps tailored to agency business objectives and advertising strategies.
- Set, monitor, and optimize product adoption KPIs while identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance.
- Manage campaign setup, execution, optimization, and daily delivery pacing across the company's advertising platform.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Measurement, and Engineering teams to implement best practices and enhance client success.
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and recommend long-term marketing solutions.
- Troubleshoot account issues and efficiently manage day-to-day operational tasks to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience within an advertising agency or technology platform company.
- Strong knowledge of Meta advertising products, including Facebook and Instagram Ads.
- Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns and analyzing campaign performance.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and international teams.
