Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop Strong relationships with Key clients in Japan in the manufacturing and Hi-Tech Areas for IT solution, Digital transformation, or IT Implementation areas
- Develop and execute effective market strategies that support business objectives and goals.
- Deliver revenue growth and market penetration focused on both Direct and Indirect
- Drive productivity, increasing pipeline quality, win rates, aggregate business development efficiency and yield with Client Sales Lead.
Required skills
- 10+ years of experience in proposing IT solutions or system integrations by assembling various IT solutions to customer issues
- Strong experience or relationships within the Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Hi-tech or similar industries
- Experience in building relationships with stakeholders including CxOs
- Sales, consulting or delivery experience in the Manufacturing, Semiconductor , Hi-tech or similar industries
Preferred skills
- Experience in Management Consulting, IT Consulting, or Sales/Account management focused in the Manufacturing / Hi-Tech Industry
- Strong relationships with executives in key accounts in the Manufacturing / Hi-Tech Industry
- Experience winning large deals with Manufacturing or Hi-Tech clients in Japan and managing consulting execution/delivery
- Business level English
