Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing client accounts
- Build and execute strategic account plans to maximise revenue and client engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, data-driven solutions to clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline and client activity records using Salesforce CRM
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 2-4+ years of experience in B2B data sales or solution sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing full sales cycles and long-term client relationships
- Strong prospecting and business development capabilities
Soft Skills:
- Results-driven with strong resilience in a target-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills across multiple channels (phone, video, face-to-face)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities
Language Requirements:
- English: Business level
- Japanese: Native level
