Key Responsibilities
Casework

Conduct intake and needs assessments for clients and families

Implement case and care plans, interventions and goal setting

Prepare social reports and maintain accurate case documentation

Review case progress and refine interventions where needed

Support sustainable case closure for clients and communities
Group Work
-
Facilitate group work programmes under supervision

Support planning and delivery of group interventions
-
Review and improve group programmes to enhance outcomes
Community Development
-
Support development and implementation of community initiatives

Conduct environmental scans and community needs assessments

Collaborate with partners to mobilise community resources
Stakeholder Engagement

Build professional relationships with clients, families and stakeholders

Collaborate across disciplines and agencies to deliver integrated support
Professional Practice

Participate in research and practice improvement initiatives

Respond to crisis situations in accordance with established procedures

Contribute to continuous improvement of social work practice
Requirements
Qualifications

Degree in Social Work, or
-
Degree with Graduate Diploma in Social Work, or
-
Relevant degree in social sciences (e.g. psychology or related disciplines)
Experience
-
Prior social work experience is an advantage but not required

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Registration with the Singapore Association of Social Workers is advantageous
