We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised professional to support corporate governance, board administration and internal projects within a dynamic social service environment.
This role offers exposure to board secretariat work, compliance, stakeholder coordination and organisational projects, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy structured work, administration, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Board & Secretariat Support

Assist in preparing agendas, papers and materials for board and committee meetings

Coordinate meeting schedules, logistics and documentation

Maintain statutory records, minutes and corporate files
-
Support updates with regulatory authorities where required

Maintain board management systems and documentation
Corporate Administration
-
Support preparation of presentations, reports and internal documents
-
Assist with corporate filings and updates with relevant authorities
-
Ensure organisational records are accurate and up to date
-
Coordinate internal meetings and workplan tracking
Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with external partners, vendors and agencies
-
Maintain professional communication with key stakeholders
-
Support coordination of site visits, meetings and events
Risk, Compliance & Projects

Assist in preparation of reports for risk and compliance tracking

Support data collection for organisational initiatives and reporting

Assist in funding proposals and project documentation
-
Participate in cross-functional projects when required
Requirements
-
Diploma in Business, Administration or related discipline
-
0-2 years of relevant experience in admin / secretarial / governance / office support

Fresh graduates welcome
