    About the job

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised professional to support corporate governance, board administration and internal projects within a dynamic social service environment.

    This role offers exposure to board secretariat work, compliance, stakeholder coordination and organisational projects, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy structured work, administration, and cross-functional collaboration.

    Fresh graduates with strong organisational skills are welcome to apply.

    Key Responsibilities

    Board & Secretariat Support

    • Assist in preparing agendas, papers and materials for board and committee meetings

    • Coordinate meeting schedules, logistics and documentation

    • Maintain statutory records, minutes and corporate files

    • Support updates with regulatory authorities where required

    • Maintain board management systems and documentation

    Corporate Administration

    • Support preparation of presentations, reports and internal documents

    • Assist with corporate filings and updates with relevant authorities

    • Ensure organisational records are accurate and up to date

    • Coordinate internal meetings and workplan tracking

    Stakeholder Coordination

    • Liaise with external partners, vendors and agencies

    • Maintain professional communication with key stakeholders

    • Support coordination of site visits, meetings and events

    Risk, Compliance & Projects

    • Assist in preparation of reports for risk and compliance tracking

    • Support data collection for organisational initiatives and reporting

    • Assist in funding proposals and project documentation

    • Participate in cross-functional projects when required

    Requirements

    • Diploma in Business, Administration or related discipline

    • 0-2 years of relevant experience in admin / secretarial / governance / office support

    • Fresh graduates welcome

    • Good organisational skills

    • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

    • Good communication skills

    • Responsible, discreet and reliable

    • Able to multitask and work independently
